First things first
I’m going to keep this very simple; this is my blog. My dog blog. I’ll write stuff here that makes more or less sense, and hopefully bring you, reader, friend, along with me as I teach you about things within my interests’ jurisdiction, and beyond.
It’s a wild world out there, information is presented in so many different ways, yet I’ve yet to find a blog that manages to communicate rather large swaths of information simply and to the point. Online, you either find shallow blog posts that are living advertisements for products, or entire explorations of a subject that require investment to read through. Personally, I don’t mind the latter, when I’ve got some time on my hands, I will read long-winded articles about many a things that interest me. But there are instances where I want to learn about something enough to be proficient in it, without needing to understand every single quirk. This is a space where I seldom see great articles; simple, to the point, teaches you everything you need to know to start working.
This is why this blog exists, it’s a place I wish existed for my weird niches in computer software. Here you won’t find normal web server configurations, or orthodox linux installs. Here, you’ll find information about very specific things, in a way that is easy to understand, and serves as a launch pad for understanding further.
Obviously, a blog isn’t something to be rigidly defined, but that ideal article is something I want to be aiming for more often than not.
Trixie ?
Yes, hello. That’s my name. I’m a trans puppygirl out to destroy conservative values, and create platforms, solutions, and infrastructure to help those in less fortunate situations. I also want to teach people how to do the things I do, helping people live broad and fulfilling lives online without being abused by big tech… Obviously there’s still a long way to go, but I am optimistic.
There’s nothing to be afraid of, dear. We just have to get started.
Welcome to my Dog Blog; thank you for reading.
